The speculations that the village of Plashetts was submerged to facilitate the creation of Kielder Water has persisted. Between Tuesday 16th and Friday 19th of October, Atelier 1 took a trip to Newcastle and Berwick-upon-Tweed. The culturally diverse range of places we visited as a group within the four days was overwhelming as the geographical area for the brief of this year’s project was so vast that I felt a period of reflection was needed.
